I am so grateful this week for a great lunch and junking trip with my friend Sandie. I also read some good books this week. It has been a great week and I'm going to have a fun cookout with some friends today!Linda @ A La Cartehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16356471099319932835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-925673616741434546.post-53745902341411861242011-07-16T05:11:04.014-07:002011-07-16T05:11:04.014-07:00So glad your kitty is better! As I write this my lovely Sparrow lies on my knee, glad to take a break from her babies.
We have just said goodbye to kitty number two as he leaves home and heads off with his new family. We are so sad to see them go, but it has to be done. We had five, and are keeping one, and all are going with good friends of ours, thankfully! Mama kitty is ready I think, poor thing!

Yum, summer salads!

And we have bags full of blackcurrants the size of grapes, freshly picked yesterday.

Ahh, summer....!Ciara Brehonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10583812950426579762noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-925673616741434546.post-13244642792050527882011-07-15T22:46:26.542-07:002011-07-15T22:46:26.542-07:00Dearest Susan,

Hubby has already gone off to work and I have the whole day to clean and piddle. With temps of 120, it is full blown pajama days for me.

I am also grateful that Honey Cat is doing better. When kitties stop eating, it is a sure sign that something is ailing them. Hope she remains well.

Enjoy those beautiful bouquets. We need something blooming and alive around here.

Yusef loves raspberries. My aunt had some in her garden last year and they would go out in the morning to pick some to put on pancakes or in cereal.

Have a super dee duper Saturday! :) TammyTammy@T's Daily Treasureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01474928708908027789noreply@blogger.com
