Comforting Thought

There are times when things look pretty bleak.

It's as though a dark cloud has spread over our lives.

During these difficult moments, one thought that has always helped me is "God will turn everything to good."

 It's true.

Even when things seemed dismal and hopeless with absolutely not even a pinprick of light at the end of the tunnel, don't give up hope.

The sun will eventually peek through those clouds, split them open and throw down rays as bright as the noonday sun.

One must simply believe the heavenly Father is in charge and have patience.

Hanging on is the hard part.

Changes will eventually occur and things will be okay again.

This has come to pass time and time again in my own life.

God always turns everything to good.

HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED TIMES IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU THOUGHT THINGS WERE HOPELESS?

Beautiful post and amazing photos.

Oh, yes ... so many times when things appeared hopeless. But what a comfort to trust in the God of hope, the God of the impossible.

No matter what we go through, He will bring something good out of it, if we are patient and let Him work.

Blessed Sunday to you, Susan.

Hello from Spain: we must not lose hope. There is always a light out of the darkness. In life there are always moments of happiness and sadness ... but the bad times pass. I agree with you. God always puts it all to good. Awesome pics. Keep in touch

I have indeed known deep sorrow and suffering, but the Lord only becomes more dear - the God of all comfort. Someone has said something to the effect that when you get to the end of your rope, it's a great place to be because God loves to "hang out" there. My sweetest revelations of Him have been in my moments of deepest sorrow.

Dark days come to all of us, it's true; I think the key is patience and then acceptance as things are always resolved, but maybe not in the way we hoped for. The light at the end of the tunnel may be a new or different light for us, but it is up to us to accept and embrace the light.

Lovely and peaceful pictures.

I was blessed by your post. Timely indeed, what with so many dark things to weigh us down these days.

I find it so necessary to draw near to Him for His eternal joy every single day. Otherwise the sorrow and grief, which threatens to be lord, would overcome.

Thank you for your comforting and strengthening words. Somehow the comfort came in knowing I'm not alone when I feel the darkness pressing in.

Many blessings...

Yes I think there have been many times I have wondered if things were really hopeless - but when you tie a knot and hang on - things do get better - Joy cometh in the morning.

There have been times of great despair. But the older I get, the more I realize that things could always be so much worse. And ... this too shall pass ... :) Blessings, Tammy

Gorgeous spectacular pictures! I am grateful when through my communication with the Lord, He changes me, not necessarily my circumstances. Inner freedom is the great gift I cherish! Then things in my circumstances aren't so threatening or scary
