Feeling sad today, over the shocking and untimely death of Robin Williams.
He made so many of us smile, time and time again.
He was kind, generous, rich and talented.
He had a lovely wife, a wonderful career and so much to live for!
So why?
Why does a person who is so blessed and talented choose to end his life? Did he?
Depression? Alcohol? Drugs? A combination of all of them?
Did he mean to die?
Was it some kind of horrible accident?
It's so tragic.
A light in the world has gone out.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH SUCH A TRAGEDY?

Hope each person reading this has a genuinely good and happy day. Susan
I am saddened that he felt he had to take his life that there was no other way out for him. I think celebrating all the good he did is a good thing.
Ginny is a wonderful gal!
i read it for the first time here on your blog...going to check the dutch news it might be there too...still a big lost...i have seen many movies from his..funny man...and good actor..thanks for sharing...
Yes it is very sad.
Yes indeed the world was shocked. Money, fame why?
The mind of his caused his demon's to destroyed him. He will sadly be missed.
He made all people laugh but inside demons of unhappiness tormented him.
We all have paid money to see his movies. Thinking he would benefit in ever after for self.
Continued happiness. Live long like Mickey Rooney did. I guess not this actor. He listen to the wrong voice within and obeyed them. Sad, sad.
The world has lost a generous, funny man but he will live on in his movies and tv shows. Very sad day for his family. Prayers are the only way to get through tragic moments.
I think everyone who knew him is so sad today. He touched so many lives and then to take his own. How do I deal with tragedy? I try to remind others and myself to keep my eyes open to those around us who might be suffering.
I'm glad I came here! And also that you decided to share with the world his wonderful hobby! I'm going to look at behind.
Nice August!
Depression is such a horrible illness! So sad at this news and praying for his family.
We might never know the whole story. But no matter, the man hurt terribly bad to take his own life...as is the case with people, hurting becomes so unbearable inside that it is intolerable and often we never know or never tell.
Hello from Spain: it is very sad news. I think that famous people with money, they do not value life. A pity. Keep in touch
Did not hear the sad news until I just read it on your blog. He was a very funny man and will be remembered as a person who brought much needed laughter to the world.
Tragedy of any kind is a hard thing to accept. I guess acceptance of things we don't understand can help. That is called faith. It doesn't really help with the sadness that we feel, tho. We will still feel the sadness with all it's pain. May he rest in peace; the peace he could not find here on this earth.
I find it so ironic that he was a talented comedian, yet he died of sorrow. He really was a tortured genius. He had fought for so long. I was just reading that in school, he was voted the least to succeed!!
That you for the nice mention!!!!
Funny on the outside and sad on the inside, it often happens so hard to understand.
Merle.............

sadness and depression affect most of us at some time .. if we're lucky it's shortlived.. but for some of us it's a re-occuning problem. Hugs and blessings...Barb xx
Indeed it is very hard to understand. A reminder to live each day to the fullest. Hugs, Tammy
