The Best Christmas Present of All---A "Star" Is Born!

They say that babies touch the heart and soul because they are so fresh from the hand of God.

With that in mind, I could hardy wait to write today's post and share it with you!

My very best Christmas present ever-----one that brought tears to my eyes and filled my heart to overflowing with love-----was a brand new grandson!

He is the sweetest and most adorable little fellow you could ever imagine.

One day he is going to be a big boy because his hands and feet are already quite large for his tiny frame.

When I saw him laying down near the stuffed elephant I bought for his nursery, my heart leaped for joy.

This newborn Christmas baby boy is already loved so immensely by his proud parents, two sets of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a small army of friends.

Babies give so much hope to our world, don't they?

They really make life worth living.

This baby has certainly lighted up my world and filled it with ecstasy because he's my grandson!

"Sweet, darling baby, how I already love you to the moon and back! Mwah! Mwah! Mwah!"

Looking into his dark, innocent eyes truly is like looking into the face of God, his Creator.

Have loved getting grandparent cards in the mail.

The message on one says,

"Into your life comes a sweet new addition,
and into your heart comes the joy you've dreamed of...
For into your arms comes a beautiful grandchild
to welcome and cherish and love."

Congratulations to the proud parents and to our new little one, a warm and loving welcome!

Sweet blog friends, that's the very happy news from my little corner of the world!

WHAT DO YOU THINK IT IS ABOUT BABIES THAT FILLS OUR HEARTS WITH LOVE?
