There are all kinds of honey on the market.
It's kind of dizzying to see all the varieties available on a supermarket shelf.
One thing I've discovered is that buying local honey is a better choice.
It must be fresher.
It just tastes better.
Recently, some orange blossom honey came home with me.
I purchased it in a kind of specialty supermarket and it's yummy on a toasted English muffin with a thin layer of butter.
On the shelf of that market, I saw a big jar of raw honey and may eventually go back there to buy it.
DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE KIND OF HONEY?

I like honey but don't use it often due to high sugar content of course...also it is so sticky! Ha. But it sure completes cornbread!

I'm not fond of honey, but there is a famous ice cream shop in our town that has a booming business. Their secret ingredient is honey.
Hello from Spain: I like honey but not as much honey. It is too sweet for me. Keep in touch
I like honey in my tea and I try to buy locally so I get the benefits!
hugs,

Love honey in my oatmeal and also on toast. It's great just plain if you have a sore throat too, as it coats and soothes your throat. It's just amazing to me that bees can make such a wonderful sweetner.
I do try to buy local honey and received a jar for Christmas which I am really enjoying.
We love honey here! The best kind to buy would be local honey! Raw means it hasn't been heated (I think), and that's supposed to be the best.
Local honey is the best for your health - and allergies.
I think the orange blossom is my favorite.
It is good for you.
We eat it everyday on yoghurt and I make Chocolate, coconut balls with it. It's a healthy option to sugar and very much allowed in my Isagenix healthy ageing plan I'm on. Love mostly blue gum or lavender but don't mind most
I like orange blossom but any flavor is good with me. I love it when I have a bad cough!
