A Day of Sadness
"Behold the wood of the cross on which hung the Saviour of the world."
Today, Good Friday, is a day of deep mourning for Christians.
When I was a child, we were not allowed to play music or even talk in our house from noon to 3 p.m., the hours of Christ's most intense suffering and then death on the cross.
Almost inevitably, it rained close to 3 p.m., just like it did on the day our Savior died.
That always seemed uncanny to me.
May your day be blessed.
Feeling Him in my heart today.
