A Muffin on Monday
Here's a heart-shaped corn muffin for you!
Wish I could really toast and butter it and give it to you in person.
Two little heart-shaped ceramic dishes, which are stored in a drawer in the pantry, I've used dozens of times.
Whenever there is cake or muffin batter left over, it gets poured into the little pans.
There's nothing like getting a warm, home baked muffin in the shape of a heart.
This time, sour cream and creamed corn were added to a boxed muffin mix and the muffins came out really moist and yummy.
Here's hoping your week will be terrific!
ANYTHING SPECIAL ON THE DOCKET FOR YOU THIS WEEK?
YUM!
ReplyDeleteYou know the photo came up first and I said that looks heart shaped - and then I read and it is. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteLooks good. Just came in from store with some Jiffy cornbread...we must be thinking alike today!
ReplyDeleteWhat a yummy corn muffin, Susan. I bet it tastes delicious with a bit of butter on it. I am wondering, are these muffins anything like corn bread? Corn bread and chili is simply delicious.
