Frog Goes A-Swingin
Sometimes old is best!
A couple of years ago, I bought the little froggie shown in today's post.
He's lasted and lasted and still brings a smile to my face every time I see him, swinging in the breeze from the rose arbor.
Nearby, sitting on a tree stump, are two angelic sweethearts.
And in the bed of iris, right smack dab in the middle, ol' Gabriel blows his horn! Love that little statue.
Sending you wishes for a happy Thursday!
WHAT KEEPS YOU POSITIVE?
Oh Susan, you always brings a smile to my face :) It was a treat to visit with you today...I hope you are doing well. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteWe do make a choice every morning about what kind of day we are going to have. Since that seems to be in my control, I choose to be positive! I'm happier, and I hope everyone around me might be happier, too. xo
ReplyDeleteOh what a cute frog and a swing too..ha ha ha. Love it. I like to play the piano and sing..that always brightens my day.
ReplyDeleteHaving a surprise visit from my son and granddaughter brought a smile to my face today! Everyone is napping now, the dog included, so I will join them. A nap on the sun porch with a warm June breeze blowing thru the open windows makes me have a positive outlook....
ReplyDeleteBeing around children. They never fail to make me laugh.
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love the outside this time of year...our yards are gardens of delight. A tea of the deck this morning with friends...already it is very hot here! We just try to work about the weather and enjoy what we can of yards and deck!
ReplyDeleteMostly life sometimes a surprise.
ReplyDeleteMerle...............
You know there are a lot of things that can make us positive - friends - letters - songs - poems - flowers- colors - birds - life - I think God puts things in our way to see all the time.
ReplyDeleteYour outdoor area is as decorated as your indoors. Now to relax in the garden.
ReplyDeleteI love all your statues, Susan, but Gabriel is beautiful. I have a few statues that are special to me also, and when I sit outside in the back yard, they make me smile.
