Thoughts on a Sunday

Savor the little things in life on this precious Sunday.

Whether it's to trace the petals of a rose with your eyes or touch the soft cheek of a child or grandchild, become cognizant of how precious life is.

From my own heart to yours, I wish you all good things on this day.

(Heart made by my sister, Barb)

WHAT IS ONE SMALL THING YOU TRULY APPRECIATE TODAY?

I am going to a funeral today -of a friend from church - and I would have to say that even though it is a dismal and dark day - I am so glad that I know my friend is in Heaven - even thought it is hard for his family here on earth. Hope this didn't down things. Sandie

Just still being alive today is good enough for me!

My great-nephew. He is a 6 month old bundle of spit-up and snuggles! :)

Hi Susan! The roses are beautiful especially the soft colors in the first photo. My husband took one of our grandsons to the Philadelphia Franklin Institute to see a Jurassic Park exhibit that ended this evening. We were just discussing how thankful we are that our kids let us interact with our grandkids so freely. Oh, and we are grateful we have the energy to keep up :)

Beautiful though here, Susan.
I'm STILL cherishing the "small thing" of a walk in a beautiful park yesterday. Blue sky, clear air, colors galore! And OH...the scent of lilacs.
