Gift of Flowers


Remembering all who lost lives in the 9/11 attacks in New York.  Although there has been a passage of 16 years, those who lost loved ones still grieve. They always will.  Once we lose someone we love, we can heal but there will forever be a missing link. May all those who died so tragically, "REST IN PEACE."

Now for today's post: 

Flowers make a perfect gift.

 About the only time they wouldn't suffice is if a person is allergic to them.

Flowers are such a magnificent gift of nature.

 They come in a huge variety of colors and styles.

Sometimes, they make a great gift for yourself!

 So, if you are buying a bunch of flowers for someone else, buy one for yourself, too!

    I love all flowers...I think Zinnias are lovely fall flowers. Wish we had fall where I live...ha

    I like roses in the Fall, as there are still some blooming. I also love Mums in the Fall. : )

    Thank you for your prayers for Nel. Hopefully the storm coming her way will lessen by then and not be so bad.

    Your flowers bring a peaceful feeling. I unpotted a hanging basket that was not thriving. Put it in the ground and it is blooming so beautifully.

    Beautiful flowers. I was able to go to a Sunflower festival yesterday... it was the first time I've ever stood in a field of sunflowers. It was beautiful ♥

    You know if I were not allergic to them - I would have them at my house all the time. I love looking at them and they bring me such joy!
