Fabulous Flowers



Flowers have been the subject of untold numbers of posts on this blog.

 That's because they bring so much joy and intense beauty into the world.


A bouquet of white roses in a round crystal vase have been gracing the kitchen table for almost two weeks now.

 They have really brought so much loveliness into this house.


 Today, there's a new floral bouquet on the kitchen counter, a gift from a friend who came to visit.


 It's a splendid bouquet with green, pink, purple, yellow, and white flowers.


WHAT KINDS OF FLOWERS WOULD YOUR  FAVORITE  BOUQUET HOLD?

    When my second sister came from Massachusetts I bought her a gorgeous two dozen display of pink tulips. My favorite would be roses ...any color.

    I can see your pictures today. Such a thoughtful gift of flowers from a friend, Susan. You are always receiving flowers from dear people. I think they must know how much you appreciate them. I've been wanting to buy myself some flowers - it's been way too long.
