Hearts and Candles

 

 

As we move closer to the day of love, candles and hearts are showing up everywhere around this house.

Both candles and hearts are reminiscent of Valentine's Day.

 It's so lovely to see and smell the fragrance of  burning, scented candles.

It's also wonderful to see many different kinds of hearts hanging in windows, on walls, and surrounding a candle on a plate on a front hall table.


Ahhhhhh, yes, Valentine's Day is inspirational and a perfect opportunity to decorate one's home as lovely as possible.  

Celebrating love is always precious.

    I have always loved the Valentine's Cards. I loved making Valentines as a girl and deciding which card to give to who. I love flowers at Valentine's and fine chocolates. And of course, hearts -- cinnamon candy hearts and heart banners, the sprinkle hearts on cookies or table tops.
