Outdoor fire pits are a real blessing.
It's so much fun to have the convenience of a warm fire at night.
If friends and/or family are gathered around it, it's even better.
It provides a welcome atmosphere.
If younger guests are present, they are sure to roast a few marshmallows on sticks in the flames.
Maybe they will even make "s'mores" with chocolate and graham crackers.
My niece, Sarah, has a great fire pit mechanism under an awning on the patio near her swimming pool.
It is absolutely lovely!

I do not have a fire pit at my house but my son who lives very close to me does. I've also been to some restaurants that have them outside on their patios.
