I did three days of kitty sitting this pass week.
Each cat I've tended to has a distinct personality.
The one shown here adores children.
However, she's quite persnickety. If she's caught in a bad mood, she'll definitely raise one of her paws in the air and swing it at you. Scary.
I might be taking a couple days break, dear blog peeps.
After one night and day of feeling awful, I went to Urgent Care today and tested positive for flu.
Trust me. You do NOT want to get this flu. You feel absolutely miserable and vile with it.

I'm so sorry you're sick, Susan. I do hope you feel better soon. The nasty stuff is going around right now. That's a pretty kitty photo, and I love window pics so much. There's just something about them. Take care, my dear, and rest and drink lots of hot tea. : )

Oh no Susan...My kiddos that have had the flu said it is horrible...they have been so sick...Hoping your case is mild and that you feel better quickly. Hope you will drink plenty of fluids and take care...my prayers.
Sweet window kitty. ugh! We had a terrible flu in November after a trip to Dubai. Mine included a day of nausea and vomiting. Definitely not fun. Sending healing wishes your way. Take care.
