A Place of Peace...

The image at the top of this post says it all.

It exudes a picture of true, deep contentment and peace.

It reminds me of the weather outside since lots of snow fell

before morning.

The image is actually a small and beautiful Christmas card sent by a dear cousin last year.

It was saved because I just loved it.

Heaven knows we all need peace and contentment in our world.

I wish you both this day and all through the new year.

Well I live in a place where there is no snow ever so a picture of the Ocean and the sun shining down would be my peaceful card. I wish you a peaceful 2026.

It would help the world if the US could take a break from bombing one country after another...Venezuela, Somalia, Nigeria, Syria. Before that Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan...in addition the endless Israeli bombardment (there's no ceasefire) of tents in Gaza with American made weapons.

Oh, I love that card, Susan. It's so wintery and snowy, and the red house in charming. Thank you for your wishes of peace. I hope me and you have a good year ahead. It's very foggy today. So lovely, but not good to drive in.
