The Blessed Mother is an important figure in Christian history.
Without her, there would have been no Christmas.
Roman Catholics, particularly, honor Mary, the Mother of God.
Her humility and acceptance of this remains almost miraculous.
On my dresser in a frame is the depiction of the Blessed Mother and the sweet Baby Jesus shown in today's post.
Looking at it throughout the year, always fills me with peace and deep love.

Oh, I love Mary so. I remember this picture of her with baby Jesus on your dresser. It's very special. I think about her journey to Bethlehem and how young she was. I actually have a statue of Mary that came from Bethlehem that they were selling at my church. I deeply appreciate it. Have a peaceful Sunday, Susan, and thank you for this post today.
