Keep Working on Goals

It's good to set goals to work toward.

Even with goals, time slips by very quickly.

One goal that has yet to be completed is going to bed earlier, in order to get up earlier.

Somehow, when we get up at the crack of dawn, the day is longer and more can get done.

It can even get done in a more orderly manner with no rushing through getting ready and running out the door.

The goal of going to bed earlier in order to get up earlier is a noble one that must be addressed sooner than later.

We cannot stop time from flying by but we can strive to manage each hour with more acumen.

HOW DO YOU GET A LOT DONE WITH THE TIME YOU HAVE?

I will not be changing my sleep habits that is for sure. In my retirement I have always gone to bed by ten thirty and woken up around 8 a.m. I do not rush around at all unless I have to be somewhere. Otherwise, my days are very leisurely . I take and do one thing at a time.

Good question... I go to bed by 9 PM but wake up at night to go to the bathroom, now that it's hot it's especially hard to sleep, but in the morning I get up early at 4:30... everything slowly, I exercise, take my blood pressure medication, and take my pug for a short walk.
Have a nice evening... Hugs!

I am an early bird, Susan, so I get more done in those morning hours than I could all day long. Goals are good to have, and I have a few of my own. I hope your goal of going to bed earlier and being able to get up early works out for you. I also take a nap during the day if I start out with a very early morning. ; )
