Today, the written part of this blog will be short. Instead, I am going to share with you some floral images that, hopefully, will lift your spirits and bring smiles to your faces.
The photos are of flowers and plants at the Spring Bulb Show at the Smith College Botanic Garden in Northampton, Massachusetts. Every March, no matter what is happening with the weather outside, spring can be found inside the college's greenhouses. Enjoy!
A dazzling array of colors, shapes, and designs of flowers await visitors to the show. It's sure to make a person feel that spring has finally sprung, at least at the Botanic Garden.
Love among the lilies!
DO YOU ATTEND SPRING FLOWER SHOWS? WHERE?
These are beautiful and full of spring promise! It was snowing and frigid yesterday....tomorrow is to reach 70! Ah, Missouri is bi-polar at the moment! Will take all the sun I can get. Glad you share the blooms!
ReplyDeleteOh my these are such beautiful flowers! Yes I love to visit our Botanical Gardens here in Atlanta.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen one of those variegated plants with pink mixed in before. That's certainly unusual. I hope to get to the plant souk this weekend. My balconies are sadly dull and gray at the moment. Have a bright and beautiful day. :) Tammy
ReplyDeleteI inhaled a breath of spring air as I viewed these flowers.
ReplyDeleteOh Susan, just gorgeous. I have been itching for spring for over a month now and those photos really bring a smile to my face. My hubby and I are planning a visit to a huge nursery near us this weekend just to walk around the flowers. I can't wait to see new green shoots bursting out the ground all over the garden.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're well and thank you for sharing.
Hugs,
Susan
