Savor Every Second of This Sunday

(This and all photos in this post were taken by Susan Wicker, Writing Straight from the Heart)

Hello Sweet Blog Peeps:

On this lovely Sunday, I hope and wish for you to cherish every second of life!

When we think of it, our time on earth really is very short.

Childhood years often pass by in a flash.

When we are teens, we don't care about much except wanting to turn 21!

Then the 20s fly by.

Before we know it, one decade slides into another.

Busy days, full work schedules, kids, bills and on and on all take their toll on living in the moment.

Pretty soon the kids are all gone and we are the "older" generation.

So today, just live in the now.

Despite its drawbacks, sorrows and disappointments, this life is pretty wonderful, don't you think?

WHAT IS  YOUR SECRET FOR  REMAINING  IN THE MOMENT?

  1. SO true! I'm still working at living in the moment so will have to return to the comments here for the "secrets".

  3. Slowing down. Why is everyone always rushing? Just not worth it. I also set a new policy for myself at school ... no more overtime, no more extra work. I don't get anything in return and am tired of giving, giving, giving. My boss is in full agreement. :) Best wishes, Tammy

  7. Every moment and every day is a gift and one realizes this especially as we grow older. Do not worry about tomorrow and yesterday is dead and gone so just live for today!

  8. Hello from Spain: your words are true. Time goes so fast. Too much work at home with the children, at work ... We have to enjoy every day and appreciate all that we have. Keep in touch
