A Colorful Moose in the Pumpkin "Patch"
The Apple Barn in Bennington, Vermont, offers a perfect setting for wonderful photo opportunities.
Just look at this colorful moose out in front of the barn.
The pumpkins and mums add to the festive atmosphere.
There are painted wooden cutouts just yearning for models!
It's so much fun going on one-day excursions to a different place, don't you think?
WHAT ONE-DAY EXCURSION IS IN YOUR NEAR FUTURE?
I think I would love Vermont in the fall, but it looks like most of the leaves have fallen. I look at your pictures and I immediately want a cup of hot apple cider. I miss fall so much. We only have two seasons here...lots of summer and a little winter. I love seeing pictures like yours this time of year.
ReplyDeleteNos I am just crazy over and about that moose! I just love things like that - wouldn't mind him for my yard! lol
ReplyDeleteWow, that IS a colorful moose! How fun. Beautiful Fall photos.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week Susan.

ReplyDeleteMerle.......
So much artistic ability and crafts in your neck of the woods. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteOh, what a fabulous moose! He looks so neat among the pumpkins :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday, Susan!
I have a picture with that moose too and it is one of my favorites. Don't really do day excursions too often but I have one to Laguna Beach coming up next month with several dear friends. We will have fun!
ReplyDeleteThat moose could never hide. My daughter had a rel moose in her yard. You would not stand to close to them if you saw how truly giant they are. Those little ones skedaddled into the car so fast, she didn't have to tell them twice!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful! We've driven in Vermont a few times in the Fall and it's breathtaking...in every direction! What fun to take a drive and end up at the Apple Barn! We love taking day trips, too here in Florida. There's so much to see! Happy Fall! Hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteLove the blue moose! What a fun pumpkin patch!
ReplyDeletehugs,
