An obsession has taken over around here.
It's called "birdhouse mania."
What started out as painting one or two birdhouses has erupted into many more.
The green house and the one with the blue roof were found at Goodwill, then embellished!
Both Michael's and Joanne's Fabrics have little wooden houses that cost between $1.00 and $1.49 each.
Then, as luck would have it, I saw a slew of birdhouses all attached to a pole in a yard near a lake and I LOVED it!
So here are some more "tweet" painted treasures.
Eventually, I'll show you the whole collection!
DO YOU FEED THE BIRDIES?
All the wild birds help themselves to Drummys and Piges food , we have regulars.
ReplyDeleteMerle.............
I don't feed them here but use to all the time. I need to find a good feeder.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Linda
Are you going to put them on a pole - I bet that will look so awesome - I used to feed the birds - got out of the habit tho.
ReplyDeleteThese are sweet for the tweets...and look like such fun for you too!
ReplyDeleteNo I used to feed them but other creatures took over. Let me know if you get any birds to eat or live in those cute houses ok?
ReplyDeleteHello from Spain: fabulous collection of birdhouses. A great collection. I have fear of birds. We keep in touch
ReplyDeleteThey are all precious. I did birdhouses as centerpieces for my daughters wedding almost 20 years ago.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so cute. Love birdhouses. xo Laur
ReplyDeleteMultiple bird houses on a pole, now that sounds cute.
ReplyDeleteYou are inspiring me to look in Goodwill for a bird house. I have one hanging up high and safe but no birds have used it. The idea of many on a pole sounds cute.
