For the love of peaches!

Many of us have heard about Georgia peaches being sweet and delicious.

Well, I have to say, during a recent trip to Colorado, the peaches there were delectable, too.

At a farmers market, one vendor offered slices of juicy, sweet peaches.  Mmm mmm mmm  Naturally, I bought some.

I wanted to make a peach cobbler but we had already had enough baked goods to sugar log an army.

So, instead, I opted to just eat the peaches as they were----sweet, dripping with luscious fresh juice and yummy.

Peaches are, no doubt, among my favorite fruits.

Also at the market, I bought some thick peach butter made from Palisades peaches of Colorado.

There are no words to describe how totally delicious that butter was.

I left it in the refrigerator of the home in which I was staying and hope, so much, the people who live there eat it. It's too yummy for words.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT PEACHES?
