Flowery Cross at Eastertime
A grapevine cross covered with faux flowers makes a beautiful and meaningful Easter decoration.
This is Holy Week for Christians so I thought it was especially appropriate to bring it down from the attic and display it.
My sister, Barb, made the cross shown in today's post.
She's a crafty critter and is artistically talented.
The flower-covered cross is joined by other Easter holiday decor in front of the house.
It's a reminder of the real reason for the season.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO CELEBRATE, IF ANYTHING, DURING THIS SPECIAL AND HOLY SEASON?
Such a lovely idea. We have a cross at church and Easter morning everyone brings flowers to put on it. After services it goes out in front of the church for all to see. It's a wonderful tradition.
