Once one accepts that summer days are gone and fall is upon us, it's easier to enjoy the season.
Decorating for fall always lightens the spirit.
The deep oranges, yellows, reds, and all colors in between make great decorations.
Amber glass on the kitchen window sills...
Maple scented candles filling the house with fragrance...
Mums opening their tiny buds to the sun...
Garlands of faux leaves strung everywhere ...
All of these things make this season a very special time.
Oh very pretty fall décor Susan. You are the queen of décor...love all the stuff you have out for this wonderful season in New England. Can't wait to see you.
ReplyDeleteI can smell your maple scented candle from here, Susan. Yes, I love to decorate for Fall, but don't have a lot of stuff for this season - a few pumpkins and an Autumn fairy. Your planted Mums are pretty. Mums always remind me of Fall. We used to buy them for that special someone during the football season when I was in school, so fun.
