Oh, wow, daffodils are blooming!
They are most cherished flowers----globules of luscious golden yellow.
Bunched together, even in a small bouquet, their beauty can light up a room.
Right now, in the middle of the kitchen table that's covered with a light blue, patterned cloth, is a small glass pitcher.
It's filled with fresh, lovely daffodils from my daughter.
Oh, a flower shop delivery of flowers could not have made me happier.
With the late afternoon sun pouring through them, the daffodils look illuminated.

I had daffodils bloom in my yard around Easter and they are all gone now but I love them. Enjoy yours...very pretty. Right now I have two gorgeous coral lilies blooming and they are my favorite color.

ReplyDeleteSusan, every time I see your pretty flowers, I want to buy a bouquet for myself. Daffodils are cheerful flowers. What a thoughtful gift from your daughter. I bet it was such a joy to have them delivered to you from the flower shop.
