A very dear friend, Mary, and her husband, took me there and treated me to a birthday lunch.
It was great but especially wonderful to be with two very dear friends.
Luckily, the food at this restaurant really is always quite delicious.
The fried clam rolls, with little dips into tartar sauce, accompanied by coleslaw, are lip-smacking good.
Ahhhh, the gifts of Mother Nature are never ending and the gift of friendship is an immense blessing.

Looks so quiet and serene. So sweet of your friends to treat you to a Birthday dinner and the food does sound so good. You are Blessed in so many ways.....good friends, turning another year older, and a sweet Birthday celebration.

Your lake view at the restaurant is pretty, Susan, and how special of your friend, Mary, to treat you to lunch for your birthday. I'm not a fish person, but the fried clam rolls with tartar sauce sounds delicious. I'm glad you had such a good time.
