Minute by Minute

These end of summer, back to school days, are often very busy.

There seems to be so much to do and not enough time in which to do it.

With that in mind, just try to take a couple of minutes, several times a day, to just stop, breathe, relax.

These mini-stop and renew moments are so welcome and necessary.

Use them to think of things you are thankful for, or to appreciate the smallest of things around you.

Before one knows it, the frenzied hurrying and planning will ease and the normal pace of life will return.

In the meantime, take those few minutes of peace for you!

  1. Thank you for your words for this day. Today was a non stop hectic day for me but I went for a swim to unwind and it relaxed me and was exactly what I needed. Now, I just want to go to bed. 🛌
    God bless you, Susan.

  3. Well l do not have anyone going to school in my house. Those days are long gone. I taught school for years but now I'm retired and can relax whenever I want to. I love being home. It's a great blessing.
