The little gold-tone Christmas decoration shown in this post always makes me smile.
It shows a house with a special visitor leaving its roof--------Santa.
The reindeer are just flying up to the sky.
There's even an etched wreath on the tiny door.
A couple of times, through the years, this little piece has been in my hand, ready to be turned over to the "charity" pile of goods.
However, it's never made the cut!
Today, on this second Sunday of November, my wish for my sweet blog peeps, friends, and family, is peace.
May you find and preciously preserve it, all through this day.

Ooooo, that's pretty, Susan. I don't have many gold items anymore, but I do have a few frames with gold that I can't part with. The Santa on top of the roof is delightful. As I go through Christmas decorations, I have put aside a couple things from the past to give away, so I know how hard it is to part with things. Most of the things are newer things, and it seems we just can't let go of some of those old treasures. Too many memories I guess. May you enjoy this little golden house throughout the season, Susan.
