Sending Sunday Blessings...

Today is Sunday, a day of rest and a day for Christians to honor the Lord.

My hope for you today, when I say my prayers, will be that you will have a happy and peaceful day, wherever you are.

It's good for us to remember, no matter who we are, or what we have done in our lives, we are still  loved by our Creator.

He doesn't care about our color or economic status.

We are all different and yet He is our Shepherd.  He even loves those who have gone astray.

He wants us all to follow Him and feel His protection.  When we do, we are genuinely happy.

So today, may you each be blessed in a special way.

WHAT IS ONE THING YOU HAVE PLANNED FOR TODAY?

Awe Susan - I love all your little critters there - so special. Well I go to church on Sundays - however I have bronchitis so I will stay home and honor Him here. I hope you have the best day ever.

Love, sandie

What a sweet post Susan. I love your little bear saying his prayers.
Today we are taking it very easy,as my hubby has an ear infection, so doesn't feel so good. It is also 37c hot,so no gardening today. Just pottering around. I have just attempted to make some fondant roses, for the first time to put onto my granddaughters birthday cake. They aren't too bad really. Even if I do say so myself. Not sure what the cake will look like with them though. I've planned a heart shaped one.

I hope you are having a nice Sunday too.

Hi Susan, I love this post and the lovely cute toys. Today I am having a day indoors, have done some painting and will now relax for the day. It's quite cold out. Have a lovely Sunday!

We had school today and I'm so busy at work. When I come home, I just want to relax. We used to have that same prayer teddy. I used to collect the beanie babies for the kids, but they never much cared about them so I finally started giving them away. I had a few that I used when I was teaching kindergarten -- we used to pass the little lamb around and sing "Mary Had a Little Lamb". The kids really loved that. Wishing you a wonderful day. Tammy

What a sweet post today!
Since I have a colonoscopy scheduled for tomorrow, and I'm doing the prep today, I doubt I'll be going anywhere.... well, I'll be going, but not away!!LOL.
I think reading the book One thousand gifts will be the plan for the day.
Have a wonderful Sunday.

Hi Susan...I just love your posts. This is such a sweet one. Love the little bear. Yes, a day of rest the Lord has provided for us...ahhh.
I do have to help my husband take down his booth at the antique show...not too restful, I'm afraid.
God did bless him with a very successful show!
