You Never Know When You'll Need Your Camera...

Have camera, will snap seems to be a familiar mantra in my life.

Last weekend my car was in line at a Dunkin Donuts establishment.

That's my favorite brand of coffee. Yes, I love it far better than even Starbucks (sorry Starbucks fans.)

There was a hold-up so the line of cars waiting just had to be patient.

As I looked out the side window of the car, this magnificent tree, in full scarlet autumn attire, was what I saw.

Never taking my eyes off the flaming red branches, my right hand reached into my purse which was on the seat next to me.

I fumbled around in search of my trusty little Panasonic Lumix camera. Found it!

Before I could get a few more angles of that glorious tree, the line moved and the opportunity was lost as I ordered my coffee with cream and one sugar!

DO YOU ALWAYS CARRY A CAMERA WITH YOU?

I have my iphone with me all the time and it takes pretty good pictures but I do not carry a camera with me unless it is when I go to visit my grandsons. My maple tree in the backyard has yellow leaves now...not quite as good as those scarlet ones.

The tree is awesome! I never seen such strikingly red leaves!
I don't carry my camera with me, but yes, I had quite a few moments when I wished I had it in my purse :)

Hello from Spain: I also love coffee and donuts from Dunkin Donuts. Landscape photos are beautiful. I do not always carry the camera because I have to take many things in my bag and water even toys for my daughters. Keep in touch

There are so many opportunities for picture snapping. I should carry a camera, but I take pictures in my mind with the idea of blogging about what I saw, and then...they blow away like fallen leaves. I am going to learn to use my camera phone!

Now that I have a cell phone, I have a camera with me everywhere I go. I use my digital camera for special events and for my handmade jewelry to showcase on my Etsy Shop.

What stunning color, and yes, I always have a camera close by, usually my phone. I'm usually snapping sunrises or sunsets on a whim. My "big" camera is reserved for special times.

Beautiful tree! Most of the time the camera is in the car, but recently just didn't make it there, and I missed some photo ops!

THAT IS THE COLOR MISSING IN GEORGIA THAT WE HAD IN ILLINOIS!!!!!!!!!!

I love love love that color of red.

Thanks.

I like Star Bucks - but that is okay.

I have my camera half the time, but I am learning to use my phone. I just have to learn now how to get them off my phone and on to my blog.

Love, sandie

My phone! I take all kinds of pictures now! I also have a regular camera in my car to record the building of our house. Tell Sandie above to send it to her email, save it to computer and upload it to her blog.

Magnificent!

I almost always carry my little Kodak, but I always have my phone, in case I don't. You never know when you'll discover such beauty.

I should carry mine all the time, but I don't always. And my favorite coffee is Honey Dew! We have two Dunkins here in town, but no Starbucks. I drive right past the Dunkins to get to my Honey Dew coffee! We all have our favorites, don't we! ... Donna

Hi Susan,
I love the different colours of seasons. Each time of the year is so special that we should appreciate each colour of life seasons. I do not carry a camera, because my old camera broke down, and I did not replace it for a new one. I guess I'll do it one day...
You see I do not share new photos, because I do not have a camera.
I have hard times in learning new things, like digital devices, etc.
I love your blog, Susan.
Hugs,
Poet Starry.
