Birdie Time

Every time I hear the sweet chirping of birds, my heart does somersaults.

Isn't bird song glorious?

It's  among life's treasures.

All through the winter, the silence can be calming but I miss the sound of the"boidies"  terribly.

One of my girlfriends, Patti, always selects gifts that are just perfect.

Among the latest presents for hubs' March birthday is the bright pink bird feeder, shown above.

It's finally out  of the box, filled with seeds and hanging outside.

It's  so pretty and perky that it brightens up the whole back yard!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE KIND OF BIRDIE?

mmmm, do birds see 'color'? dogs don't, in the same way we do. but what about birds?

well, you see color and that is a great addition, to your yard. :-)

favorite bird? wren, which i don't see as much but reminds me of calling it "jenny wren" in my childhood. and cardinals! love our local cardinals!

I looked out my window this morning and saw something we rarely see here in the Detroit area - a little yellow chickadee. Adorable. I think my favorite is the dove - they make me feel peaceful. I have a birdbath that looks just like your bird feeder.

Hi Susan,
Oh! I love your colorful bird feeder. It brights up your yard.
Well, I love all birds.
However, my favourite birds are
the ones who sings, like canaries
and cardinals.
Have a blessed Spring Season, Susan, family and loved ones!
Have a great weekend too!
Blessings,
Starry.

I have lots of hummingbirds in my yard. Love to watch them fly backwards and forwards. My favorite birds are ones that sing like nightingales...so beautiful. What a cute bird feeder your husband got!

Susan,
I like your pink bird feeder. Bird watching is one of my favorite things to do, but whenever I see a HUMMINGBIRD, my heart sings for joy.

Have a lovely weekend.

That is a very pretty little bird feeder. Surely it makes those little birdies sing an even sweeter song. :) Best wishes, Tammy
