May Your Heart and Spirit Be Light....

Happy Sunday to all!

The bright candle shown in the photo above has been placed inside a re-purposed punch bowl.

I found that lovely punch bowl for $15 in a thrift shop-of-sorts.

It has turned out to be one of my very favorite purchases.

However, since rarely, if ever, punch is served around here, it got turned into a candle holder.

Right now, there is a coconut mango candle burning and it fills the dining room with delightful fragrance.

As I looked at the candle in the lovely bowl,  I thought how wonderful it would be if  the heart and spirit of each person reading this post could suddenly be filled with light!

Thanksgiving Day will be this coming week so it's a perfect time to say that I am thankful for you!

Hello from Spain: I like the smell of coconut. I like the bowl candle stand. Great idea. You are very creative. Thank you very much for your appreciation. I know that the day of Thanksgiving is very important in your country. Keep in touch

Lovely punch bowl and what a great repurposing idea. After this week of very cold weather, (even for New England in November)the tropics might be a good thing to evoke!

A walk in the forest always brings peace and a feeling of thankfulness to my heart. As Laura Ingalls said, "Tis the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all."

A happy and peaceful Sunday to you.

Hugs back to you Susan. The candle is pretty in the pretty bowl.

If one is the lite of smiles like you and Stephanie have been to me. It gives us more to be thankful for.

Blessed Sunday!

Susan the bowl is gorgeous and I love how the candle light shows the glass off so well. I enjoy the sights and smells of Turkey and seeing all the smiling faces this time of year!
hugs,
Linda

I never think of how to re-purpose things like you do. Good move and I love that smell.

I just instagram today and had fun taking pictures of the kids and then deleting them! lol We had a lot of fun and laughter and needed it.
