Museum Kaleidoscope Experience

There's a museum in Massachusetts (Berkshire Museum.) that has a new exhibit titled "If/Then."

Kids, especially, will love all the things that are there.

One of the most interesting parts of the exhibit, for me, is a walk-in "kaleidoscope experience" done with mirrors, of course.

I've always loved picking up a kaleidoscope, lifting it to my eyes and looking through it.

Of course, I'd never experienced walking through a kind of kaleidoscope ! It was so cool!

The patterns and colors always fascinate.

In the museum exhibit, there is a definite feeling of depth that makes one walk carefully.

It is all done through mirrors placed at different angles.

The turquoise light strips add to the fun.

Here's one looking up at the mirrored "ceiling!" ha!

I'm adding lots of the photos here,  taken for your enjoyment!

DO YOU LIKE LOOKING THROUGH KALEIDOSCOPES? WOULD YOU LIKE TO WALK THROUGH ONE?

I do like kaleidoscopes but have never walked through one. Must have been quite a sight. Maybe I will take my grandaughter to the exhibit the next time she comes to visit. Thanks for the idea.
