Last of the Precious Peonies

Right now, there is a peony in a bowl on the kitchen table.

This particular flower has got to be at least eight inches wide!

The blossoms of all  our white and deep cranberry peonies are really huge.

Hubs put a wire thing-a-ma-jig around them but they are still top heavy and swoop over.

Honestly, I think peonies are among the most gorgeous summer flowers.

HOW DO YOU KEEP PEONIES FROM FALLING OVER?

These are gorgeous! I don't have any in my yard here but might plant some. I think your idea of a wire cage is the best idea of I've seen.

Linda

So pretty! I've seen people corral them with short fences. This seems to work well.

Your peonies have the most vibrant color, Susan. They are really stunning. My roses are still blooming, even in this heat. They are such sturdy flowers, aren't they? I have to water them alot and take good care of them, but I'm loving every minute of it. :~)
