Every year at this time, isn't it fun to start decorating the house for fall and then Halloween?
If you are anything like me, unwrapping small knick knacks to place on a rack in the kitchen is sure to be exciting and fun.
Re-discovering the little doodads, remembering past years and past celebrations, is part of the delight.
Little "witchy" and "vampire man" are back as well as mummy and ghosties that spell "boo."
Pumpkin man and a small basket filled with apples are in some of the rack's cubbies as are scarecrow, squirrel and many more little smile-makers.

I remember this little rack that you put all your goodies on. Yes, I love to decorate for the holidays, especially Christmas. I don't have too much for Fall, but I do have more for Halloween. The "Boo" ghosts are funny. Have fun decorating, Susan. :)

You have a very fun collection. No, I do not enjoy decorating this time of year. I just don't get into it.
I'll wait til next week to start bringing out some of the Fall decor. Your little doo dads remind me of all the teddy bears I gave away. Kinda wish I hadn't now.

I used to do the whole house when decorating but now like to do a small seasonal area. Now that I have all the time in the world, I don't have the inclination! I love your shelf! That's a great idea and one I might copy!
