Every Day Begin Anew

Spring brings endless surprises and ongoing loveliness.

Right now, the big potted pansies in the front yard are nodding their gorgeous heads.

Nearby, the bridal veil bush has sprouted millions of lovely white flowers.

Lilies of the valley are ringing their "silent" white bells in the backyard near the fountain.

The fountain, itself, shrouded in black plastic during the winter, is, once again, trickling and drawing birds to drink and wash.

Surrounded by such loveliness, one must give thanks from the heart.

WHAT HAS BEEN SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOU THIS SPRING?

So far I've really enjoyed the spring programs at my grandson's school. I've attended three so far and have another one to go to on Monday. It is such fun seeing them perform and so different for me being in the audience instead of up there on the stage directing. Nice to be retired and enjoy life.

What a heavenly garden you have. I tell you spring has sprung here and we are in summer.

Your flowers are so pretty. I never knew the name of the bridal bush, my mom's favorite flower. She called it the button bush. Seeing that was like a brief connection with my mom. Have a great week.
