The Colors of Fall

The colors of fall, deep cranberry,  burnt orange, bright red, and cheerful yellow, are extremely appealing and quite gorgeous to see.

In a few weeks, the green leaves on trees in New England will start to change their colors to those of autumn.

In the meantime, some people have started decorating their homes to welcome the new season that's right around the corner.

There are absolutely stunning flowers that can be incorporated into fall decor.

Even though it's still really kind of early for pumpkins, they appear in fall decorations, along with pine cones and brightly colored faux flowers and  leaves.

Many doors display fall wreaths, too, and autumn leaf garlands drape poles, shepherds' hooks, and even some mailboxes.

If we can look forward to autumn ahead with peace and serenity, when it arrives, it will be worth the wait.

WHAT'S SOMETHING YOU LOOK FORWARD TO DURING AUTUMN?

I would love to see Autumn in your area, Susan. From the pictures you share each year, it's so lovely. Your little pumpkin display on the brick wall is delightful. I think all the Fall colors is one of the things I like best about the season. It's never too early for pumpkins haha. I just bought two orange ones for my front porch. Enjoy this wonderful Fall season, Susan. We are supposed to get a little rain, and a thunderstorm tomorrow!

I look forward to the coziness of Fall as the temperatures start to cool. I enjoy the earlier sunset, as it calls to me to get inside and light the candles, close the drapes, grab a blanket and cuddle. I enjoy more casseroles and good soups and stews and of course the fall delectables - apple pie and pumpkin pie. I love everything about my favorite season.

I do love all the colors, but I most enjoy the cooler weather and all of the Fall events that give families a place to attend and make memories.
