Like the arrival of a newborn baby, a new book is cause for celebration.
With that in mind, uncork the champagne and wave the welcome banner for a new book, "Not Your Mother's Book...On Family" by Publishing Syndicate.
A fellow blogger, Linda O'Connell, from the blog Writing from the Heart, is one of the book's co-creators.
Anyone who is familiar with Linda's blog knows she is a wonderful writer. She has an immense number of publishing credits to prove it.
She's also a hoot. Her sense of humor keeps many people laughing.
It's not surprising that many of the 60 stories in the book will make readers laugh and that's a good thing, right?

The book will be officially released next Tuesday, June 24.
