Fountain Time

Sometimes home projects you think you are going to love turn out not-so-good.

Others turn out right on-the-money.

I have always wanted a fountain in the backyard and two years ago, hubs made my dream come true.

There have been previous posts about this lovely fountain. Here's one of them:

Well, now that warmer weather is here, it's fountain time.

The protective winter covers came off the fountain and it's bubbling and trickling once again!

Perusing pinterest, (joy of all joys) , I read that if you put small pieces of copper piping in the water, it won't get mucky with algae and other unmentionables.

So that's what we did. Put a piece in the birdie bath, too.

How I love  to listen to the gurgling of this fountain.

Even when I'm in the kitchen, I can hear it and it's sooooo pleasant.

Now what would I ever do without that guy? He's a keeper.

DO YOU HAVE A FOUNTAIN?

  8. Hello from Spain: I do not I have a fountain in my garden because I had to do works and I did not want to have home workers. You know that always works in the end cost more than expected. Anyway, in the future I'm sure I'll have a fountain. I really like yours. The sound of water is always relaxing. Keep in touch
