Crocheted Items for the Doll House

One of my dear blog peeps, Tammy, from T's Daily Treasures in Kuwait, is an extremely thoughtful, sweet and kind person.

She's very talented, too, especially with a crochet hook in her hand.

She's always thinking of others.

This summer, when she was traveling in the USA and settling her son in an American college in Colorado, she sent me a package.

It included two items she crocheted in pink and white.

I'm sure she knows that pink is my favorite color.

Well, I didn't use them as dish cloths or as  doilies.

Instead, they made their way into one of my dollhouses!

One is a cover for the bed so the dolls will be very warm, indeed, this winter.

The other is now a "rug" for the bedroom.

A little three-inch long poodle, one of the dollhouse pets, just loves it!

Thank you, Tammy, for your darling contribution to this dollhouse.

Dollhouse miniatures and this blog are constant joy-givers in my life.

Joining Thrifty Things Friday from Diann's blog, The Thrifty Groove. Also, from Linda's blog, A La Carte.  Linda, by the way, is vacationing guess where?  In PARIS!  Woo hoo!

Thanks for hosting, girls!
