Treasures from Oregon

The immense joys of blogging never cease to amaze me.

Linda, a dear blogger friend from Oregon, knows how much dollhouse miniatures mean to me.

Can you imagine what it was like, the day before Valentine's Day, to see a large mailing envelope from Oregon in my mailbox ?

Honestly, I felt like a five-year-old at Christmas as I cut open the envelope at the kitchen table.

Inside a small cardboard heart, there were many treasures to be found.

Linda had carefully wrapped each tiny gift, too!

There was an itsy bitsy card to "the dolls" that even came with an incredibly tiny cameo!

See it there, to the left of the heart?

The oooing and ahhing continued  upon opening a glass jar filled with peppermint sticks.

Then came a spice cabinet no larger than one's thumb with hand-painted spices on the minuscule drawers!

Inside a decorative bag was a "white chocolate" tea bag and a square of chocolate with a heart in the middle of it!

Being the thoughtful and generous woman she is, Linda even added a lovely Valentine to the surprise package.

This was all extra "love" on the day of love from a dear lady in Oregon.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH BLOGGING SO FAR?
