Two Door Decor!

Do you love going on excursions once in awhile?

I love them because it's usually possible to get lots of new ideas.

While on an excursion to Hartford, CT., recently, one of our stops
was at the Elizabeth Park Rose Garden.

These two doors shown in today's photos  just called to me.

I'd love to do something like that near our garbage cans, to block them from view!

Aren't the doors an adorable idea?

Pretty flowers were part of the scene, too.

I can't wait to share with you lots of photos and details about other parts of the excursion so stay tuned.

WHAT WAS THE LAST INNOVATIVE IDEA YOU INCORPORATED INTO YOUR BACKYARD OR  LIVING AREA?

Hi Susan!
The door decoration seems like a pretty easy yet beautiful decor idea. I would love to see it in your garden if you do implement it. Imagine you could let some beautiful weaving plants along the doors, let it cover it with beautiful leaves and flowers!
Nothing to share about such ideas in my house.
Have a nice weekend ahead!

Great idea for the doors! I would make a nice screen for any unsightly areas inside or out.

I use the crate for our dog as a side table covered with a pretty tablecloth that changes with the seasons and use the top for family pictures, floral arrangements and a coaster for my morning tea. No one ever knows its a dog crate. Lexi loves her own space and its right by a radiator so in the winter it is a pretty comfy spot for her.

Looking forward to pics of the rose garden. Have wanted to go there, but haven't yet.

Well that is a very unique idea. I can't even think of the last time I took an excursion never mind decorate my yard. Maybe I can do things like that in my retirement which starts two weeks from today!
