Flowers Lighted by the Sun

My favorite time to photograph flowers is when sunlight is coming in either from behind them or bathing them from the front.

The already glorious sight of bright colors and big blossoms is enhanced with the magic of the sun.

The blooms shown in this post were actually gifts for birthdays.

Before they were given to their new owners, I enjoyed a few moments of pure fun behind the camera.

Hope you enjoy them because they were snapped with you, beloved reader, in mind.

WHAT IS IT ABOUT FLOWERS THAT MAKES US SMILE?

Flowers are such joy! Your photos of the sunlight blooms are wonderful. Don't they just make your heart sing?

Seeing the rebirth of flowers, trees and grass after gazing at a quiet and monochromatic winter landscape is an experience that is pure food for the soul.....
