More Precious Than Jewels....
See the yellow dandelion in the blue bottle?
It's worth more than a million roses of all colors; or untold numbers of diamonds, rubies and sapphires.
You know why?
The reason is that it was picked by a two-and-a-half year old little girl whose heart is filled with love!
She saw the yellow dandy and wanted it for her Mama.
We carefully plucked it from the grassy back yard and came into the house.
I lifted the blue bottle down off the kitchen windowsill, added water and the precious dandelion.
Voila! Untold treasure from a weed, straight from the heart of an innocent and beautiful child!
DO YOU REMEMBER PICKING DANDELIONS?

:) just got one of these today! I agree, totally worth more than millions and millions of florist flowers!
Oh yes I remember picking them. It's even more special when a toddler picks them. Did you know that you can make wine out of them and also eat the greens?
oh yes I do and I still get them from my Grandson!
How precious! It's so nice to take photos and give praise to these little ones. I still love dandelions, too! And thanks so much for visiting me and your sweet comment. I am much better and appreciate my friends! Sweet hugs, Diane
How very special! Yes, I think I remember picking dandelions. Also, we blew those seeds all over the place whtn they were white and fuzzy!:-) The bees LOVE dandelions, and we really need to pamper our bees!
I love the yellow in the blue glass. My favorite. Yes I picked dandelions - U used to blow them when they had turned to seed and did you ever look for four leaf clovers? I found one once.
So beautiful, and just what I needed to hear today, a story about a precious child.
The blue vase is perfect for the yellow dandelion. Oh Yes, I used to pick them all the time when I was little. :~)
love, ~Sheri
Too cute Susan. How charming to see that bright yellow in the cobalt blue vase! I love your use of color. You must just adore your little granddaughter. We are blessed, huh?
Loved reading through your recent posts. I don't get around as often as I'd like.
