This year, I was more than happy with the three kinds of flowers chosen-----pink million bells, pink geraniums and vinca vines.
The bells have a funny story to them.
When looking for them, I kept asking clerks if they had any "Million dollar bells. " No one did.
Guess I had a million dollars on my mind! ha!
They have spread out nicely. One of my green thumbed sisters suggested the bells and vinca vines.
As a matter of fact, we had them last year, too, and we wintered them over in the house! They survived.
So that's it. Million bells minus the dollars, pink geraniums and vinca vines. They have been a perfect combination.
DO YOU HAVE WINDOW BOXES AT YOUR PLACE? IF YES, WHAT DO YOU PLANT IN THEM?

Your pink flowers are charming with your white home and window boxes. I like million bells too, and also a million dollars. Ha ha.
Your front porch looks so charming with all the pink flowers and that little white chair. I have a very small front porch - not much lawn and just enough space in the entryway to put my girl statue......but love it just the same.

Maybe you were thinking of the Million Dollar Highway in Colorado. :) In the right climate, most vines do pretty well. We unfortunately don't have the right climate, but I am so happy my husband put a tarp up on one of our balconies last year, because I've come home to plants that are doing great. Now just have to replant on the other balcony again. Sure is a shock to leave Colorado where there's trees and mountains and return to the heat, humidity and blahness of the summer land. They are lovely! So pretty and cheery. No window boxes here, but I do have flowerpots with purple petunias on both porches.:)

Beautiful - now that is something that I would do - guess we are thinking of a million dollars. My hubs fixed my whole computer - I am so happy. Your flowers look like a million bucks.
