While rummaging through a plastic bin filled with Valentine decor, I came across the little angel in this post.
She belonged to my late Mother and I can see why she loved her.
The little angel is just as pretty as a picture with lacy layers at the bottom of her skirt, roses all around the edges of her wings and sporting a big red bow.
She comes out every Valentine's Day and then, when the holiday is over, she goes back once again into the bin and up to the attic.
Her "real" counterparts, however, never go away.
I believe angels watch over each of us throughout our lives.
It's comforting to think that heavenly beings care about our welfare.
Sent by the Heavenly Father, they are our protectors.
I like to leave my grown children and grandchildren in their loving care.
So today, this Sunday, whether there is snow where you are or not, may angels watch over you!

I do believe God created angels. I love your mother's angel and it is in such great shape. Who is that a picture of on you desk there?

I believe we each have a Guardian Angel.. and I talk to mine sometimes... I have to confess.not as often as I used to... maybe I needed your post today to give me the push needed to give my angel and God some Thanks for looking after me.. xxxx

Yes, angels surround us. Your mother's is a treasure.
I do think about angels and have several in different rooms of my home. Whenever I see them, it gives me a peaceful feeling.
Of course, then there are the angels who are right here, living this life with us.

A lovely little angel. I used to collect them whenever I would attend craft fairs. In real life, I know I've been saved by angels many times. :)
Susan, your angel is so sweet, and she looks very nice sitting there right next to your mom and dad. I haven't started looking through my Valentine's stuff yet, but I guess it's getting close to that time.
Yes, I do believe in Angels, and I'm so glad they are here watching over us.
