Reflections

The glass "rainbow" cross on the kitchen window sill recently caught snatches of a sunset and the result?   Breathtaking!

(The photo does not do it justice but at least it gives an idea of what transpires.)

When light reflects through the layered glass of the cross in daylight, rainbows form.

At sunset, it's equally beautiful as it shows many sunset skies in miniature!

When light reflects through the  human spirit, happiness results.

Today, be a light that reflects in the lives of others.

HOW CAN YOU BE A LIGHT IN THE WORLD TODAY?

Happy Sunday Susan. I love this post. We sure can be a light in this world we live in. I posted today about doing good this week...sure fits in with your question. Happy Sunday dear friend. I loved Janice's comments...my grandbaby would like to see the rainbows too. I just forgot about prisms.

Very nice Susan - I love rainbows like that.

I guess by seeking, obeying, and living God's way would bring sunshine into everyone's life.

It is our responsibility to be a light, I love this charming cross! Thanks for visiting my blog on Tinkerbell's party. No it is not my house, little Tink is my great niece and it's the home of my nephew's inlaws.

Lovely sentiment, Susan. A smile is the beginning.

Here the sun has been out and air is unusually warm. Talk about light! We can be outside, even sit on the deck, with no jacket...amazing for middle of winter. It makes everyone feel better I think. We shine more just feeling the outer brightness.

I want to walk as a child of the light, I want to follow Jesus.
In Him there is no darkness at all, the night and the day are just alike....etc. etc. etc. Thought of this hymn when reading your post.
