Caramel apples are so delicious and reminiscent of fall.
Just the mere thought of them makes one's mouth water.
There's a market in western Massachusetts that makes the most luscious caramel apples imaginable.
The lip-smacking caramel is on the soft side so one doesn't have to worry about breaking a tooth!
In the spring, the market ceases to sell them so when they re-appear on the shelves, one knows, for sure, that autumn has arrived.
DO YOU LIKE CARAMEL APPLES?

No I don't like caramel apples at all - I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Caramel apples are the best! And the ones from the market you mentioned are really the best. Our son visited from Boston last weekend and since he passes right by that certain market he arrived with 2 caramel apples; one had the addition of sea salt and that was my favorite. Makes me wish I had another one right now....
No never tried them in fact never even heard of them.
Merle...........
I love them to pieces lol... I want to make some this year... Happy weekend dear Susan with love Janice
Sorry to say I do not like them at all. I'm not a fan of caramel either. I just like plain old apples...green ones are the best. Enjoy your caramel ones though. Then brush your teeth quickly...ha ha ha.
.. Susan , I have never seen Caramel Apples here in Australia... but your ones look so delicious I might have to make some myself... I love caramel... xxx

Oh my those looked good! Yes, I love caramel apples. Actually I love anything caramel. But I have to be careful with my crowns. :( But I do manage to sneak one or two in each season. :) Happy Fall! Kit
That is a huge apple. We have Merb's candy store bionic apples. They are dipped in caramel and whipped cream, then chocolate, then pecans. A complete meal, and so yummy.
Susan, a blog friend just asked what was the one Fall food that I've been craving, and I said "CARAMEL APPLES." This one looks so Yummy! I think it's nice that they make them a bit softer - they are my favorite kind. :)
