A lot of people I know, both friends and family members, as well as some dear blog peeps, are going through very rough times right now.
I think of them and hold them closely in prayer.
Seriously, if you think you have an overwhelming problem that is dragging down your spirit, just look to your left or right.
You are almost sure to find someone who is far worse-off than you.
One glance in another direction and your own problems will seem very manageable and almost welcome.
While I feel deep compassion for people worse off than myself, I do like to think of them as being assisted by angels and getting spiritual help from the other side of life.
Those thoughts bring comfort and peace.
WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS HURTING DEEPLY?
There is a story that if everyone threw their problems in a room and then you could go in and pick another person's - you would en up picking your own. So true Susan.
