Weekend Wonders....
Now that Thanksgiving is over, many people are plunging ahead to Christmas.
I want to enjoy each moment of every day and not rush things.
It's good to have a wonderful holiday to look forward to but it's also good to enjoy the moment that is now.
If tired, rest.
If stressed, relax.
If worried, turn things over to God.
Hope this weekend is a good one for you.
WHAT HELPS YOU TO STAY IN THE MOMENT?
It is ironic that folks complain that time passes too quickly and yet everyone rushes headfirst into the weekends, vacations and holidays. Definitely learning to take my time and be present in each moment as it comes. Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteWeekends always good in the summer.

What I did with my company was tell myself that whatever they get out and did - I wasn't going to worry about - until after they left!!!! And it worked out great. I agree with you.
ReplyDeleteI do not rush into anything. I take each day as it comes. I guess it is different in my old age. I just like to take it easy these days. Glad you have a peaceful weekend ahead. Enjoy your self.
ReplyDeleteNot having a blog, I seldom comment on any, but I have to reply to your question about staying in the moment. Your blog post is helping me do just that. The day after Thanksgiving seeing my neighbor's start decorating I started to feel rushed and stressed and then I read your post and reminded myself to relax and enjoy this time of Thanksgiving and not just rush into the next holiday. Thank you.
